Hey New 1990 Miata to the forum in the Springs

Well i was cruisin academy Saturday night and this guy gives me a card for this forum. I was like sweet, mazda forum. gotta check it out. Well i drive a 1990 Miata with 55,000 miles (35,000 when i bought it). Ive had it for a year and this spring ive decided to start on the upgrades. i know i want a cold air intake. any other suggestions? i want more power and get up n go.

sweet man. what happened to the car to put it down for a while?

it went out due to brakes and master cylinder going out and it's been down for 3 mounths now and i just need to gt my other 7 to my house to get one running, but for that i need a truck

Welcome to the club! Defiantly get a CAI! They are great. From there i wouldnt know where to point you for a miata. But there are plenty of miata guys here that can tell you. Post up your mod question in the miata section.

Welcome. I am starting with an intake and catback (i think) for more power. I wont see too much but if you do the same you should get a bit more out of your Mazda.

flyinmiata is a great group of guys. There shop is over in Grand Juntion so it is only a 5 hour drive to see the shop. If you ever want to make that trip, I go over there quite a bit.

Frankly, if I had my way.. built motor from FM, turbo and electronics from Bell, shocks and springs from FCM, and Hollow sways from RB... but that's just me
