Totally unrelated; are you actually able to get the rotary caps off easily (oil, brake fluid)? I have a hell of a time getting my stock oil cap off...I have to put my whole body into it and it usually scrapes up my hand.. I don't even put it on that tight, it's like it suctions tighter as you drive. Every time that damn oil cap is on like someone put it on with a pneumatic wrench or something..
i got no problem with this one

Ah, I miss seeing that motor. Though mine didn't have any powdercoating done and was still stock airbox. But I had a homemade catch can in there and an AGP WGA.
Old School..

This is old, old pic. Lots of stuff has changed since this, water/meth tank is now in the trunk along with the pump, new catch can and location, new hoses, stuff has been polished, AST relocated, etc. I need new pics...

Frank, I love the "no power adders" comment HAHA.

I'm not sure you fully grasp the ghettoness he's referring to LOL. Did you ever use a spark plug to plug a coolant line? I think it's kinda cool actually LOL. And here I thought they were normally used to plug sparks, lol.

Say it ain't so Al!

Exactly, LOL. I can't talk though because I've used zip ties and duct tape myself...extensively.

Damn that is CLEAN! Looks like it's straight out of the showroom...well, with a major mistake in the engine bay, but clean all the same LOL. Wow.
Actually we just had this discussion with one of our buddies this weekend. I love the 2JZ and RB engines and I think they're fantastic engines, but I'll always love Rotaries the most lol.

Well ive gone through the rotary engine and had overheating problems that i couldnt control twice, and i had boost problems and unreliable help. So i decided that im bad luck around them. I was new to the rotary scene too. If i had the knowlege i have now about vehicles i would have stuck with the rotary but too late haha. I was gonna do the V8 swap but that was way over done ( no offense to you v8 rx7 guys, its still a excellent engine) so i deciced i wanna do a RB swap but found out that is way to much money and then i found Tech2 motorsports and decided to go with the jz series engines :)....thanks for the comments by the way. I didnt totally bastardize my 7 since im keeping some japanese soul in it ;)
