I don't usually post things like this but...
I just had one of the technicians at Street Unit make the best out of a bad situation.
I ordered a Neo iPod integration kit for my Speed6 and when it showed up it looked like it had been used. There was adhesive residue on the back of the unit and it was scratched up a bit. I figured that I would install it anyway, thinking that it was just a return. Apparently... not so much. The unit is supposed to allow my iPod to remain fully functional. Alas, nothing but problems.
I attempted to get in touch with the manufacturer to see if there was anything that I might have missed in the instructions and they never got back to me.
Frustrated, I called Street Unit where Mark (ext 102) informed me that he would ship out a new unit along with a prepaid shipping label. He told me that I should have a replacement in a few days and asked me to just put the bad unit in the box and send it back to him.
I work in the e-retail world and know how rare it is for a company to send out a new thing when they don't have the old thing back in their possession first.
I don't know if the people from Street Unit frequent this site, but if they do... Thank you Mark. You gained a loyal customer from this action.

Have you all experienced similar things with other retailers? Just thought it would be nice to know who the reputable companies are out in the aftermarket Mazda world.

So far my excellent experiences have been with Eclipse Tinting and now Street Unit.

+1 for SU! They are the best online Mazda resource IMO.

Glad to hear good things from others about them.
